"I felt compelled to write this five-star review for Roxanne Rodriguez Ward and her team in recognition of their outstanding handling of my recent auto insurance claim.

My vehicle was damaged while parked at my residence after being hit by my neighbor, who was also insured by State Farm. Despite the circumstances, my initial claim was denied by the other party’s State Farm agent, who failed to adequately address the facts of the incident.

After I contacted Roxanne and her team and explained why I believed the denial was unfair, they stepped in and went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf. They took my concerns seriously, challenged the initial decision, and held the other agent accountable for failing to conduct the necessary due diligence.

Thanks to their persistence, professionalism, and dedication, the matter was ultimately resolved, and the other party accepted full liability for the damage to my parked vehicle.
