"I would give zero stars if I could. This State Farm office grossly overcharged me! I've been with State Farm for 30 years and got transferred here because my other agency closed. We had 7 auto policies with them (and several others), and they did not give me the multi-car discount! A $1,200 error. When I asked about it, Jackie told me I didn't qualify. HUH?? I roped in the agent, Roxana, and when she finally responded, she was unprofessional, unbothered and later very vindictive. Instead of apologizing, she made excuses for her employee that clearly knew nothing about insurance and my accounts. When I asked to transfer, she refused to transfer our policies (I assume she wanted to keep the income from all our policies). We had to go to State Farm corporate to fully transfer. The worst State Farm Agency there is. Hands down."
