Ms. Jenny Brophy called the next morning and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She explained everything in detailed and went over our policies to make sure we understood everything. Needless to say we made the change right on the spot, no need to shop around anymore. "In December, I had a pipe freeze in my house. I immediately contacted State Farm, and State Farm was there for me every step of the way. The timing of the incident was unfortunately bad because many others were experiencing similar issues due to the frozen temperatures. So, it took a little longer than I anticipated, but the State Farm corporate office guided me along the way, and my local agent was amazing with her guidance. State Farm was there for me when I needed them."

"My insurance was going up $40 a month so I knew I had to do something. I inquired online about a cheaper rate, and Ashley called. This bright, bubbly young lady, was a pleasant surprise. She was knowledgeable and took time to answer and explain everything clearly. State Farm offed me a deal on 2 policies, that I could not resist. I appreciate the customer service I received, and all that State Farm offers it’s customers and I am glad I made the change from my old insurance company. Thanks State Farm. I’m saving over 50 percent of what I was paying every month"

"After paying an astronomical amount for insurance, I decided to put my feelers out for some quotes to see if I could get better pricing from another company. Ashley with state farm came back with a quote 1/4 of the amount I was paying! Her customer service was phenomenal, she took the time to compare policies with me and go over every question I had so I was at ease with the switch. I would recommend her services to everyone! I give state farm a 10/10!!"
